Cosmetology works on the condition of the skin: its hydration, colour, smoothness and clarity. It begins with an assessment of the skin, not with choosing a treatment from a list.
Cosmetology or aesthetic medicine
The line is not drawn by price, nor by how a treatment sounds. It is drawn by the layer of skin we reach and by the person who performs the treatment.
Cosmetologist works on the condition of the skin: exfoliation, hydration, cleansing, superficial stimulation. Doctor carries out treatments that reach deeper: injections, fillers, botulinum toxin, surgical procedures and those requiring medical qualifications.

Treatment groups
Exfoliation and cleansing
Work on the stratum corneum: colour, smoothness, blackheads. The type of acid and its concentration are matched to the condition of the skin and to the season.
Mesotherapy and microneedling
Controlled puncturing of the skin and introduction of preparations. The working depth and the preparation depend on the area and the aim.
Firmness and regeneration
Treatments that use heat and radiofrequency to stimulate remodelling of the dermis.
Product-based therapies
Treatment lines with a defined composition and protocol, most often carried out in a series.
Body and other
Treatments outside the face area and services that do not fit into the groups above.

Cosmetology consultation
At the consultation we assess the condition of the skin and decide on the order of treatment. It often turns out that the skin needs to be prepared at home before the procedure.

The cosmetology practice is at ul. Obroki 68 in Katowice, in the Witosa estate, close to the A4 motorway junctions and Drogowa Trasa Średnicowa, a dozen or so minutes from the city centre. There is a private car park for patients by the building.
Cosmetology rarely ends with a single visit. At the consultation we assess the condition of the skin and set the order of treatment, and the plan usually combines several groups of procedures: exfoliation and cleansing, mesotherapy and microneedling, radiofrequency work, and product-based therapies carried out in a series. Some concerns are managed with both cosmetology and aesthetic medicine, in the order agreed at the consultation. All of these treatments take place at one address, so the successive appointments are arranged in a single calendar, without splitting the plan between two locations.
