Aesthetic treatments in Katowice, Poland, for international patients
NL Clinic is a private aesthetic medicine, cosmetology and laser practice at ul. Obroki 68 in Katowice, in the south of Poland. This page collects what patients from abroad usually ask about before their first visit: language, how to get here, booking, payment and what to plan if you are travelling for a treatment.
Language
Our reception team can help you in English, from the first phone call or email to the visit itself. When you book, tell us that you would prefer English and we will tell you what is possible for your consultation. Written aftercare instructions are available in English.

Booking
You can book online or call +48 881 202 202 during opening hours (Central European Time). For questions before booking, write to opiekunpacjenta@nl-clinic.pl. If you are travelling from abroad, say so when booking: we will check whether the treatment you have in mind can be done at one visit and whether a consultation needs to come first.
Prices and payment
All prices are listed in Polish złoty (PLN) in our price lists. You can pay by card at the practice, and an invoice can be issued on request. For some bookings we send a secure payment link; it accepts payment cards, bank transfer and BLIK. We do not store card details.
Planning your stay
Every treatment starts with a consultation and qualification by a doctor or a cosmetologist, depending on the procedure. Some treatments are done at the same visit; others are a series with intervals of several weeks, for example laser hair removal, which is usually 5 to 8 sessions every 4 to 8 weeks. Fractional laser treatments need a few days of recovery, so plan them at the beginning of your stay, not the day before you fly. If you are unsure, ask before you book: we will tell you what is realistic in the time you have.
Aftercare when you are back home
You leave with written aftercare instructions. If anything worries you after you return home, contact us by email or phone; we will tell you whether it can wait, what to do, or whether you should see a doctor locally. Follow-up visits, where they are part of the plan, can be arranged around your next trip.
Questions we hear most often
- Do I need a consultation before the treatment? Yes. Qualification is part of every treatment, and for doctor-performed procedures it is required by law. It can take place on the same day as the treatment when the procedure allows it.
- Can I see prices in euros or pounds? Prices are set and charged in PLN. Your bank converts the amount at its own rate.
- Do you organise travel or accommodation? No. We are a medical practice, not a travel agency. We are happy to answer questions about getting here and about timing your visit.
- Is the information on this site medical advice? It is general information. Whether a treatment is suitable for you is decided during the consultation.
