The booking reaches us
The system sends you a confirmation and a reminder, by e-mail or text message, depending on the provider.
We call to confirm
From the number +48 881 202 202 or 32 250 48 28. We ask about the details and confirm the time. The date may change.
We agree the terms
For some first visits a prepayment may be required. Some treatments require medical qualification first.
We remind you the day before
We call once more to confirm the date. We settle all matters in agreement with the patient.
What you cannot book online
- Treatments that require prior medical qualification.
- Packages and therapies conducted in a series, because the date of each treatment is set after the previous one.
- Some treatments, which we book only by phone.
If you cannot find your treatment in the system, choose a consultation or a consultation with a treatment. The cosmetology consultation is free.
Questions about booking
Is an online booking confirmed straight away
No. After you book we call from the number +48 881 202 202 or 32 250 48 28 to ask about the details and confirm the date. The proposed date may change. The day before the visit we contact you again.
I cannot find my treatment in the system, what then
Choose a consultation or a consultation with a treatment, or call us. Some treatments we book only by phone, because they require the visit length to be matched or prior medical qualification.
Do I have to pay in advance when booking
For some first visits a prepayment may be required. We tell you about it during the confirming phone call, before the visit.
Can I book several treatments at once
Yes. If you are planning several treatments or several areas, select all of them when booking, so that we reserve a long enough slot.
Is the clinic open on Saturdays
Reception works from Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 20:00. Saturdays are reserved for regular patients, longer treatments and people in urgent need, and the date is arranged individually.
Ask for an appointment
If there is no convenient time in the system, suggest your own. We reply during the clinic's working hours.
Please do not describe your health here and do not attach photos. E-mail is not a secure channel for health information. We will talk about your concerns at the consultation or by phone.
