Scope of work
We work in four fields. The division has practical significance, because it decides who performs the treatment and what qualification requires.
Rules of qualification
- Every treatment is preceded by an assessment of indications and contraindications. For medical procedures it is carried out by a doctor.
- A consultation without a treatment is a paid visit, also when it ends with a decision not to perform the treatment. We consider this fairer than a free conversation whose purpose is to sell a treatment.
- Before the first laser treatment we perform a test on a small patch to check how the skin reacts to the chosen settings.
- We decline a treatment when the indications are unclear or when another route is more appropriate: diagnostics, dermatological or surgical care, or postponement.
- We do not set the number of treatments in a series in advance. It follows from how the tissue reacts to the first treatments, and the packages in the price list are a form of settlement, not a therapeutic recommendation.
- We do not give the expected result in numbers and we do not guarantee an effect. We will discuss the scope of possible change at the consultation, on your skin.

Different structures of the skin absorb different wavelengths, which is why instead of one device „for everything” we work with several. Below are the technologies we have in the clinic.
We give the type of device and the wavelength, without trade names. The names of manufacturers and models are in the price lists, next to specific items; outside them we do not display them, because a product description is not the same as information about a method.

How the content on this website is produced
The content is prepared and verified by the clinic's team. We do not sign it with names, because the composition of the team changes and the responsibility for the content lies with the entity. Instead of a signature we give the rules by which these texts are written.
- Every clinical text has a verification date. Not just a publication date, because that does not say when the text was last checked.
- Claims about effectiveness have a source or are not in the text. If we cannot find a study that supports a given claim, we say plainly that the documentation is limited, instead of rounding it up.
- Numbers come from the treatment protocol or from the literature. We do not estimate parameters; a lack of confirmation means a „to be confirmed” field, not a number taken from a similar device.
- We do not promise an effect. We describe the aim of the treatment and its limits, including what a given method will not do.
- We show before and after photos with a note, not as a promise. A pair of frames is taken under repeatable conditions, and for each we state when the „after” photo was taken, because the timing has a greater influence on the image than the treatment itself. We also do not publish selectively quoted patient reviews.
- We resolve contradictions openly. When two of our materials give different values, we establish one and correct both, instead of leaving the choice to the reader.
