Terms of the LASER MIX and LASER MIX Premium offer
A personalised voucher for laser treatments at a discount off regular prices. The offer is valid from 15 December 2025 until further notice.
Organiser: NL Clinic, ul. Obroki 68, 40-833 Katowice, NIP 6443075075, REGON 277804910.
Two voucher variants
| Variant | Voucher value | Discount off the regular price |
|---|---|---|
| LASER MIX | 4000 PLN | 25 percent |
| LASER MIX Premium | 6000 PLN or more | 30 per cent |
The voucher is issued to a named person and is valid indefinitely, to be used up to its full amount. It cannot be transferred to another person, resold or otherwise disposed of. You can buy more than one voucher, unless the clinic introduces a limit and informs you of this at reception and on the website.
What it covers and what it does not
The discount applies to treatments using laser technology performed at the clinic: CO2 laser, body laser, erbium-glass, Er:YAG and Nd:YAG, picosecond, KTP and ruby, diode and alexandrite, and IPL devices. The treated areas depend on the indications, the condition of the skin and the absence of contraindications: face, neck, decollete, body.
The discount does not apply to:
- treatments and packages involving technologies other than laser,
- laser hair removal and ready-made hair removal packages,
- other special offers and discount promotions.
The offer cannot be combined with other discounts, the loyalty programme in the app, packages, vouchers or other special offers, unless the clinic expressly states otherwise. Buying a voucher is not a guarantee that a specific treatment will be carried out: this is decided by the aesthetic medicine doctor or cosmetologist during the qualifying consultation.
How the voucher is settled
- The discount is calculated from the regular price in the price list in force on the day of booking and of carrying out the treatment.
- The voucher value decreases by the amount of each subsequent treatment, each time after the discount has been applied.
- If the last treatment costs more than the amount remaining on the voucher, you can pay the difference. The discount then covers the full value of the treatment, including the part paid extra.
- Carrying out a treatment requires booking an appointment. Appointment dates depend on staff availability and the clinic schedule.
- The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or for services unrelated to laser treatments, except for withdrawal from the contract and medical disqualification, described below.
Withdrawal from the contract within 14 days
The consumer may withdraw from the contract for the purchase of the voucher within fourteen days of the purchase, without giving a reason, in accordance with Article 27 of the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights. A clear statement is sufficient, sent by post to the clinic's address or to opiekunpacjenta@nl-clinic.pl. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send the statement before it expires.
The refund is made without delay, no later than within fourteen days of receiving the statement, using the same payment method chosen by the consumer.
If the consumer requested that treatments begin before the fourteen days had passed, they lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been carried out in full, of which we inform them before starting. If the voucher has been used in part, we refund the unused value, reduced by the treatments carried out at regular prices, without the discount.
Template statement
Addressee: NL Clinic, ul. Obroki 68, 40-833 Katowice, opiekunpacjenta@nl-clinic.pl. In the statement, please provide: the name of the voucher, the date of purchase, first and last name, address, phone number or email, and the date. A signature is required for the paper version.
Using the template is not mandatory. The form is also available at reception.
Medical eligibility assessment
Every treatment is preceded by a consultation, at which we assess health, skin condition and contraindications. The clinic may refuse a treatment in the case of contraindications or other significant medical reasons. Before the treatment, the patient signs medical consents. Information about treatments and their effects is for informational purposes and is not a guarantee of results.
If the chosen treatment is not possible for medical reasons, the doctor or cosmetologist may suggest another treatment with a similar therapeutic aim, including a non-laser one, if this is medically justified. The rules for settling the voucher remain the same.
If the patient is disqualified from all laser treatments for medical reasons, she is entitled to a refund of the unused voucher value, reduced by the value of the qualifying consultation according to the price list. The refund is made within fourteen days of receiving the written request.
Complaints, loss of the voucher, disputes
A complaint can be submitted in writing to the clinic's address, by email to opiekunpacjenta@nl-clinic.pl or by phone: +48 881 202 202. Please provide your contact details, a description of the event and your request. We respond within 30 days of receiving the complaint, to the address given in it.
Please let us know without delay if the voucher is lost or stolen. We block the voucher and, if possible, issue a duplicate after identity verification. The clinic is not liable for use of the voucher by an unauthorised person before the loss is reported.
The consumer may use out-of-court methods of handling complaints, in particular through the Provincial Trade Inspectorates and the permanent consumer arbitration courts operating alongside them. Information about these procedures is available at the inspectorates' offices and websites, and at uokik.gov.pl.
